Rahel and Caleb were the best. They were very professional. They gave us a very good price. We called three other companies and they could not match Five Star's prices. We needed a new fence to keep our dogs in and were able to do so very quickly with the fast installation. Their crew showed up on time and finished the job very quickly. We love our new fence. I just moved here to Nashville and purchased my first home. I needed a fence to keep my dog in ASAP. All of the companies I called gave me 3 weeks or more before they could install. I would recommend this company to anybody. I requested 3 quotes and Five star was the lowest and their work was outstanding. I needed a small job done and instead of blowing me off, they still came out and looked at the job. They was here ready to install the fence within 2 weeks of making them the company to conduct the job. I asked for specific things to be done and they followed my instructions to the letter. Rahel, kept in contact with me and made sure the billing and invoice procedure went down without a hitch.

I would highly recommend these guys, we had a great experience. They came out to measure 3 different times just to get it right as our house was being built. They took amazing care of us the whole time and answered all of our questions. We had almost 1000 linear feet of fence installed and it took just shy of two days and it was done beautifully.

Their installers arrive soon after appointed time. But that was weather related. They asked clarification on what I wanted and did the job much quicker than I anticipated. The cost was less than I expected too.

From start to finish, working with this company was a pleasure. Rahel was very knowledgeable. From the time we had the consultation to the finished product was about a week which was faster than I anticipated. The installers were also very efficient and friendly. Out of contacting 4 other fence installation companies, 5 Star Fence was the only to respond in a timely manner with a quick turn around. Everyone else told us it would take 4-5 weeks to get someone out to us. 5 Star gave us a quote & the next week on a Tuesday the material was delivered, that Wed the fence was being installed. They started & finished everything in the same day. It's perfect. I highly recommend them to anyone in the local area.

Fixed it, added some custom work with two additional gates to expand access, and the price was fair and competitive.

There was one small error due to a miscommunication. When I pointed it out,

When we bought our house the gates to our chain link fence were is a state of minor disrepair, but not where I felt equiped to fix them. At the same time we wanted to add a gate as well. They knocked it all out in an afternoon!

Five Star Fencing is amazing! I had requested quotes from two other companies prior to this and was amazed at the price difference. One of the other companies (big box store) quoted around $5000 for the same project, while the other never sent a final quote after being contacted (and responding) 5 separate times. Five Star Fencing sent a quote within 2 hours and it was for under $3500!!! They were able to come out and complete my fence within 10 days of receiving the quote. The others said it was a 6-8 week wait before they could complete the job.

This is my second house and my second time having a fence built. The quality and speed is unmatched. I have zero complaints about anything they did. I needed a replacement wood privacy fence installed, a coworker that had used Five Star and had a positive experience recommended them. Scheduled a time for Rahel to come out and give me a quote. I was emailed a proposal as requested. I approved the work to begin and made 1/2 deposit for materials. I made all the payments electronically (venmo app) which was very convenient for me.

The day of work Five Star came out and tore down 200 feet of existing fence and installed new Ceder fencing. I was impressed that they were able to complete it all in one day. The quality and appearance of the finished product is very good. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards and removing all the old fence debris.
